Alongside the articles, digital tools are built for the recurring tasks of clinical engineering. They are not an add-on beside the knowledge base but its practical side: what an article explains, a tool should be able to carry out.

Most tools run inside the internal workspace and process operational data that stays there. What is publicly available is what works without such data.

Grown out of the work
Every tool grew out of a task that used to be done by hand — planning test dates, pulling key figures together, writing up minutes. None was built without a concrete occasion, and none solves a task that does not arise in service.
Tied to the knowledge
Tools and articles belong together. An article about replacement planning names the tool that assembles the numbers; a tool explains the reasoning it rests on. A tool without that reasoning would be a form.
Pre-fill, never skip
Where AI takes part, it pre-fills and skips nothing: pre-filled fields are marked as such, every confirmation stays a confirmation, and what a tool writes is seen before it counts.
Access to the tools
The lifecycle area is open to members with a connected Cardano wallet. The internal workspace stays with operations — it holds device and operational data that does not belong on a public platform.
